Job Brief

As a PIVOTL Team Performance Analyst, your duties blend data management expertise with performance monitoring and reporting. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Entry & System Updates: Routinely update data across multiple platforms and tools to ensure accurate, real-time tracking of team member activities, project statuses, and budgeted hours.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the offshore team's daily and weekly performance against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Generate weekly reports identifying top performers and flagging lower performers that require management attention.

  • Project Budget Tracking: Maintain and report on project budgets, comparing actual hours worked to budgeted hours to identify potential overruns or efficiencies on client engagements.

  • Quality Control & Compliance: Perform frequent data audits and reconciliations between systems to ensure the highest level of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal reporting standards.

  • Metric Documentation: Document and maintain clear definitions, sources, and extraction methods for all key performance metrics and data points used in reports.

Responsibilities

  • 3 Years of Experience in a role requiring high-volume data entry, system administration, or performance reporting within a professional setting.

  • 4 Years of Experience working with performance metrics, preferably within an accounting, finance, or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.

  • Proven experience with data reconciliation and identifying data discrepancies across multiple platforms.

  • Experience monitoring and reporting on a team's daily output, especially an offshore or remote team (3+ members) is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and report generation is essential.

  • Expert-level familiarity with relevant software tools, online apps, and project management systems, particularly those with data export/import capabilities.

  • Proficiency with data collaboration tools such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), with a focus on pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation.

  • Dedicated and reliable remote office setup, including a high-quality laptop with a video camera and headset.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, proactive, and can-do service attitude when providing reports to stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3 Years of Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • 4 Years of Experience working as a professional bookkeeper.
  • Proven experience with Accrual Accounting.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team (3+ members) is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable presenting and explaining complex financial terms to both clients and team members.
  • Expert-level familiarity with relevant software tools, online apps, and project management systems.
  • Proficiency with team collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
  • Dedicated and reliable home office setup, including a high-quality laptop with a video camera and headset.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, proactive, and "can-do" leadership attitude.
