Pivotl is seeking an exceptional Remote Executive Assistant with Marketing & Graphic Design Experience to join our specialized team providing advanced services across the United States. This is a FULL-TIME, NIGHT SHIFT position designed for seasoned professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver excellence consistently.

About the Role
This is a fully remote position for someone who thrives working independently, communicates clearly, and has a balance of administrative and creative skills. You will work directly with company leadership and support daily operations, scheduling, communication, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Executive Support (Remote):
  • Support CEO or executive staff
  • Administrative work
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
  • Prepare reports, organize digital files, and manage inboxes
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and follow up on tasks
  • Assist with project management and workflow organization
Marketing & Graphic Design:
  • Create digital marketing materials using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Design flyers, social posts, service promos, and branded content
  • Manage or assist with company social media accounts
  • Help develop online marketing campaigns
  • Update website content (optional but a plus)
  • Organize photo/video assets provided by the team

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Office Manager, or similar
  • Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience with service-based or trades-related companies (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
