Pivotl is seeking an exceptional Remote HR/Admin Assistant to join our specialized team providing advanced services across the United States. This is a FULL-TIME, NIGHT SHIFT position designed for seasoned professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver excellence consistently.

About the Role
This is a fully remote position for someone who thrives working independently, communicates clearly, and has a balance of administrative and creative skills. You will work directly with company leadership and support daily operations, scheduling, communication, and marketing.
Responsibilities
Executive Support (Remote):-
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparation of reports, file management, and coordination of HR-related projects.

Support end-to-end recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate interviews as assigned.

Monitor daily employee attendance by validating time logs and processing leave requests, overtime, and schedule adjustments.

Enforce attendance and scheduling policies by proactively addressing idle time, tardiness, and schedule violations with employees.

Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and workforce reports for management review.

Organize, label, and securely maintain team call recordings in compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Assist with general HR operations, including employee onboarding, HR events, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in human resources, administrative, or office support roles is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with time-tracking tools such as Hubstaff is a plus.
