Job Brief

The Remote ServiceTitan Coach is a full-time, remote advisory and training position focused on leveraging your real-world experience in the trades to optimize our contractor clients' use of ServiceTitan. Your primary function is to apply your operational knowledge to conduct deep-dive audits, recommend best-practice workflows, and deliver targeted training to increase efficiency across every department.

This role requires extensive, practical ServiceTitan experience acquired in a high-level operational role. Your ability to translate system configurations into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential. We are looking for a self-starter and exceptional communicator who can drive measurable change and adoption within a client organization.

Qualifications

    • Proven operational leadership experience within the trades (e.g., General Manager, Service Manager, Sales Manager, or similar high-level role).

    • Computer & Software Skills, comfortable navigating software, setting up tools, and working from a computer.
    • Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with ServiceTitan acquired through daily use in an operational setting.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups (from field techs to executive owners).

    • Strong analytical skills to audit data and workflows, diagnose operational issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.

    • Deep understanding of the trades industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) operations, financials, and business challenges.

Requirements

    • Minimum 3+ years of direct, full-time experience using Service Titan or other Home Service CRM's like HouseCall Pro, Sera, Job Nimbus, Acculynx. 

    • Proven ability to develop, document, and implement effective workflow and process changes.

    • Commitment to achieving ServiceTitan Certification (which PIVOTL will support and provide resources for).

    • Strong self-management skills and the ability to drive client engagement and project timelines independently in a remote environment.

    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and meetings with U.S.-based contractor clients.
