Job Brief

We are seeking a Full-Stack Python Developer who can own projects end-to-end—from backend logic and API integrations to front-end design and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build tools that make a tangible impact both internally (automation, data pipelines, reporting) and externally (client dashboards, web apps, portals)

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI experience a plus).
  • Solid experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling data transformations.
  • Strong understanding of database design and queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical implementation.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Cursor or Github CoPilot to accelerate development

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with website builders (Hubspot, Clickfunnels, Webflow, or similar)
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pythonanywhere).
  • Knowledge of modern UI frameworks and styling libraries (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Bulma, etc.).
  • Experience with task automation/orchestration tools (Celery, Airflow, Zapier, etc.).
  • Experience with Pandas, Numpy, and other data science libraries
  • Understanding of security best practices in handling financial data
